What I like… and don't
About 3 months ago I saw a post on one of the Mommy bloggers sites with all her likes and dislikes and how she has changed over the years. I thought this was such a plain but great post (and it always helps when you’re doing a #bloggersecretsanta to social media stalk your person and find some info).
What i like…
1. Favourite scents : Vanilla, Cinnamon, Honey and Coconut
2. Bath bombs from Lush
3. Coconut ice
4. Mac cosmetics
5. Iced coffee / Coffee shake
6. Yankee candles
7. All things stripey
8. Ribbon (lots and lots to build my collection)
9. Love glitter and all things glittery / sparkly
10. Hair clips, all colours, sizes and shapes
11. My home
12. Love scarves
13. Photos and frames
14. I love pearls
15. Antique / vintage jewels, frames, mirrors, furniture
16. I am addicted to nail polish, i have different colours, textures, effects, brands
17. Love Typo, Cotton on kids, Le Creuset
18. I’m a leopard print addict
19. I love baking and cooking and eating for that matter
20. I love watching a good movie
21. I love a good body butter from The Body shop (but i keep to coconut or honey only)
22. I love my family and spending QT together
23. I love gift vouchers, i don’t think they’re impersonal, i think they’re amazing
24. I’m also addicted to Woolies ceramic cookie jars
25. I love having professional photos done of our family
26. Love my tattoos even the ones i want to change
What i don’t like…
1. I don’t like impersonal gifts, i mean really… a little effort wouldn’t kill anyone.
2. I don’t like receiving gifts for my home
3. I don’t like chocolates
4. I don’t like red and white wine
5. I don’t eat malva, peppermint crisp tart, cheesecakes or tipsy tart
6. I have very sensitive skin so cannot use just any bodywash, lotions, gels. This means i don’t like or use most of anything else but my likes as they work with my skin. I suffered severly with bad eczema over my body when i was younger.
7. I don’t like unfairness
8. I don’t like negativity and negative people and tend to avoid them
9. I don’t like olives but love olive oil
10. Not a big fan of chicken curry, mince or lamb is much better
11. I don’t like Facebook birthday wishes, i prefer a message / whatsapp instead
12. I do not like speaking on a telephone
13. I’m not a fan of romantic comedys, I’m a action kinda girl
14. I’m not a flower girl and have no green finger whatsoever
I’m sure this list will grow and change over the years but for now thats my Jan 2015 list.
